Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases. When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term; if you do not wish to renew, you may cancel at any time. Subscriptions can be changed or canceled through the link provided in your order confirmation email. For returns or refunds related to subscriptions, please refer to our Returns Policy. When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an out-of-stock or upcoming product that is not yet available in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout and charge the remaining balance when the item is fulfilled. Pre-orders that have not yet been fulfilled may be canceled; once fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
