I dont use this often, 2-3 times per week because it is strong. My skin gets irritated as soon as I over use it. Not that I recognize my skin gets irritated in the form of acne, I know when to back off. I do see a huge difference when I do use it, it also helps with the real acne by reducing inflammation and clearing it out. I wish I could use it every night but I am building up to it. Love all of Hedo's products so far. And their customer service is amazing.
