HEDOSOMES™ is a two-vial professional cosmetic system featuring lyophilized MSC-derived conditioned media and sterile 0.9% saline for reconstitution. It contains no live stem cells and is intended solely for topical cosmetic use. Designed for topical use during superficial cosmetic microneedling protocols up to 0.5 mm.

Lyophilization enhances stability prior to use while allowing precise reconstitution immediately before cosmetic application. This is not about managing degradation after the fact. It is about preserving integrity until the exact moment of use.

Vial 2  Sterile Saline Diluent
0.9% sterile saline diluent for reconstitution 

Freeze dried powder vial reconstituted with sterile saline prior to use. This is a single-use cosmetic format intended for topical application immediately following reconstitution. Use immediately after reconstitution and discard any unused portion within 24 hours. Not for injection. Do not refrigerate after reconstitution. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Directions for Reconstitution & Use

1. Clean vial stoppers with alcohol prior to access.
2. Using a sterile syringe, inject the provided saline into the vial.
3. Gently swirl until dissolved. Do not shake.
4. Withdraw solution using a sterile syringe.
5. Remove and discard the needle before application.
6. Apply topically as part of the cosmetic microneedling protocol.

Protocol Guidelines
• Recommended cosmetic depth: up to 0.5 mm
• Use 24 needle cartridge or higher
• Maintain strict sanitation
• Avoid compromised or inflamed skin
• Do not combine with strong actives
• Not for mesotherapy

Maintain strict sanitation throughout preparation and application. Use only on clean, properly prepped skin.

Do not use on compromised, infected, or highly inflamed skin. Do not combine with aggressive actives during treatment, including acids, retinoids, or strong boosters.

Improper technique, poor sanitation, or inappropriate product selection may increase the risk of irritation, prolonged inflammation, or infection.

If unusual redness, heat, swelling, or irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical attention.
